Ramshorn Management is a construction management, consulting, and general contracting firm based in Bozeman, Montana. Our primary focus is the rehabilitation and preservation of affordable and low-income housing communities throughout the United States.
We have successfully completed 14 affordable housing projects and are currently managing several others in active construction as of 2026. Ramshorn focuses their efforts in affordable housing rehabilitation projects, helping owners and property managers improve the quality, safety, and longevity of their housing assets while maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
